Useful Information for Renting Bounce House

Useful Information for Renting Bounce Houses

Ask a few questions when you call to book your bounce house.

Q: Does the company carry liability insurance?
A company having a proper level of insurance shows they care about their        business and those who rent from them. Mr. B’s Moonwalk is fully covered and can operate in all city parks.

Q: Are there any hidden costs that you should be aware of?
The price you are quoted is the price you should pay. If tarps are required and a company charges for them they should let you know up front. There are times when special set ups are required, make sure these situations are discussed and know what you’re paying for.

Q: Why do water slides cost more than dry slides?
The cost to care for a wet slide is exponentially more than a dry slide. Things like repairs, drying time and properly sanitizing them are all considered in pricing.

Q: What is needed to set up a bounce house or water slide at my house?
A flat unobstructed surface is the best option. A bounce house requires at least one protected circuit to plug the blower into. A water slide requires at least one protected circuit, a spigot and hose.

Q: Will the bounce house or water slide ruin my lawn?
The grass in Arizona has to deal with extreme temperatures so it is tough. In most cases it will lay over flat and spring back up in a short period after removal. Water slides do run throughout the party so expect to have some water build up and mud. The best way to avoid this is to listen to leave the water setting where your set up man adjusts it to. Turning it on full blast isn’t going to increase the slides speed it is just going to make a bigger mess. The excess water will dry up fast and your lawn will thank you for it.

Q: Can I plan a water slide at a city park?
Though all city’s have different rules for their parks, most do not allow water slides.

Q: Can I get a Combo water slide and bouncer?
Some company’s may rent them but we choose not to. Water slides are constructed in a way to reduce and prevent water from getting inside the unit. Most combo slides do not have the proper lining to prevent this which makes it hard to keep clean and dry out.

Another issue you will come across is safety for the children. The same material that makes the slide fun can make the bouncing area dangerous. Wet clothing and wet feet are a recipe for an accident.

Your safety is our highest priority! Have fun and play safe.

Often asked Questions

Q: How can I make a reservation?
A: Call Mr. B’s Moonwalk at 602-863-6666 or fill out our online form at 24hrs a day. A sales representative will get back to you asap.

Q: What payment methods do you offer?
A: Your balance can be paid in cash, debit, or credit card. Personal checks will only be taken at homes but not in parks.

Q: How much power is needed?
A: Each unit requires a standard 110v outlet. Bounce houses that require more than one blower should be plugged into separate outlets. A dedicated circuit is the best option. If these conditions cannot be met we do rent generators and can accommodate any event.

Q:Is there a delivery charge?
A: In most cases there is no delivery charge but since we do service the entire Phoenix area, charges do apply to some jobs. Please ask us if they apply to your location while booking the event.

Q: Is Mr. B’s Moonwalk insured?
A: YES WE ARE! We are a fully insured Arizona LLC and can provide proof of insurance for your event if given proper time to get it to you. This means your city park party, school fund raiser, or corporate event is covered. All companies do not have this level of insurance and you should only book with those that do.

Q: How much time do you need for setup?
A: We prefer at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before the party to set up. If we call ahead and show up early, no worries, your rental time doesn’t start until the agreed upon start time.
